The Harrogate Arms

The Harrogate Arms is a delightful 18th century stone built listed building situated only one and a half miles from the centre of Harrogate, and all its attractions. Recently refurbished to a high standard The Harrogate Arms is surrounded by relaxing wooded grounds, and has five generous well-appointed guest bedrooms.

All the rooms have Wi-Fi Internet access, TV with Freeview, a complimentary selection of hot beverages and pampering toiletries, and you can even order breakfast in bed for a really relaxing break from it all. The Harrogate Arms is very child friendly and can also cater for guests with well-behaved dogs.

For your stay you can choose from The Eagle Room, The Merlin Room, The Owl Room, The Hawk Room, and The Falcon Room. Each one is bright spacious and airy, and there are lovely views across the garden which has plenty of wildlife including woodpeckers, and deer.

The Harrogate Arms, bathroom Have the experience of a lifetime, with a Falconry lesson from falconer Tommy McNally in the woods surrounding The Harrogate Arms, which is just £20 per person, and all the necessary equipment is included.

Most of the rooms have en-suites, except The Merlin and The Owl, which share a full bathroom suite. The Owl is a large and well-equipped family room, and can sleep up to four guests in comfort.

All the rooms are named after birds of prey resident at The Harrogate Arms, which attracts bird lovers and those with an interest in wildlife year on year.

Not only can you stay in very comfortable surroundings, but The Harrogate Arms also has a bar and restaurant to make your evenings very enjoyable. Of course, breakfast is included in your stay, and the restaurants menu has something to please everyone at very reasonable prices. Have a drink in the bar, before taking a seat in the restaurant to muse over the day's adventures, then relax in front of the open real log fire.

There is a daily early bird menu from 5pm till 7pm, and sausage and mash night happens every Wednesday, where you can choose any kind of sausage you like, plus mash for £6.95. Two courses are great value at just £9.95, and three courses are only £12.95.
